Our company has been in business for over 50+ years. We are a commercial and residential plumbing & heating company currently looking for someone to assist with our day to day dispatching and scheduling. Our office can be fast-paced and busy at any given time, so we are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments for customers.
Assess customer needs and prioritize calls based on urgency and technician availability.
Dispatch technicians efficiently, ensuring optimal route planning.
Keep track of ongoing jobs and provide updates to customers and technicians.
Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician performance.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous dispatch experience preferred; plumbing industry experience preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Note: Our office hours are Monday-Friday (and Saturdays if needed) 7:30AM-4:00PM. If you think you would be a good fit, but can only do specific hours, please feel free to inquire. Thank you!

Pay increase is negotiable based upon proven experience.
