Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Licensed Systems Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver high-quality installations while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot:
- Access Control Systems (Brivo, Kantech, etc.)
- IP Video Surveillance Systems (Axis, Ubiquiti, ExacqVision)
- Intrusion Alarm Systems
- Structured Cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Fiber)
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Configure IP networks and connected security devices
- Perform service calls and system commissioning
- Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
- Complete project documentation and closeout reports
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Systems Technician (D License) or higher required
- 3+ years of commercial low-voltage/security installation experience
- Strong knowledge of networking and IP-based security systems
- Experience with access control and CCTV platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and lifts

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
