"Get busy livin', or get busy dyin'."
— Red, The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

You've spent years doing clean work for a company that doesn't notice. No raise. No path. No recognition. Just another install on another truck you don't take home.

That ends today.

At Leslie, your craftsmanship is the product. Every system you build will run in a family's home for the next 20 years — and we treat the person who builds it accordingly.

We are technicians who have invested 35 years learning from installers like you. That's what's made us who we are. Now we're hiring experienced HVAC installers who want more than just another equipment swap — professionals who want to build clean installs, develop a crew, and help grow something great.
