About Brian & Sons

Brian & Sons is an owner-operated residential HVAC company in Aurora, IL, and we've been at it since 1997. We say "We ARE Family" because that's how the shop runs: people who show up for each other and for the homes we take care of. We're also a grind shop. We move, we don't pretend this trade is easy, and we don't burn good techs out or hide the pay. We're Bryant Factory Authorized with NATE and EPA certified techs and a 4.8 on Google. Neighbors in Aurora, Oswego, Plainfield, Yorkville, Montgomery, and across the Fox Valley keep calling us the best HVAC company in the area. We're growing, and that's the reputation you'll wear on the truck.

What You'll Get:

$40–$50/hr depending on experience (about $83,200–$104,000/yr)
Commissions on services and sales
Time and a half for overtime (evenings and weekends in busy season)
Health, dental, and vision insurance (employee health coverage 100% paid by the company)
401(k) with up to 4% match
2 weeks PTO
Company vehicle, iPhone, uniforms, and major tools provided
Company-paid training, coaching, and continued certifications
Real raises and real advancement as you grow
Christmas parties and cookouts with the crew

What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnosing and repairing residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and boilers
Seasonal maintenance and tune-ups for our Home Comfort Membership customers
Explaining issues to homeowners in plain language and giving honest options
Mentoring younger techs as we grow (if that's something you enjoy)

Who We're Looking For:

You're the tech other techs call when they're stuck. You don't cut corners. You don't oversell. You've got the diagnostic chops to back up your rate. This is a grind-it-out, do-it-right crew, and we protect that culture.

Beyond that:
