Overview:

ESI is seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial and Industrial Plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires a thorough understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and test plumbing systems and components, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, water heaters, and backflow prevention devices in commercial and industrial facilities.
Diagnose plumbing issues, perform routine maintenance, and repair or replace defective components to ensure optimal system performance.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and clients.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, material usage, and time logs.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining necessary repairs or maintenance.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Massachusetts, Rhode Island Journeyman or greater plumbing license for commercial and industrial work.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and industrial plumbing.
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in plumbing preferred.
Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment; knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
