Colin Williams Plumbing and Heating • Full-time • Centerville, MA, US • $50 - $75 / hour • 3m ago

THIS ISN’T YOUR TYPICAL JOB POSTING!

Work With a Veteran-Owned Shop That Respects Your Time and Your Craft!

Position: Plumber

Company: Colin Williams Plumbing and Heating

Pay Range: $50–$75 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Nantucket, MA

Industry: Residential Plumbing / Hydronic Heating

WANTED: A REAL PLUMBER (Not Your Cousin Who “Fixed That Leak With Duct Tape”)

We’re a locally owned Massachusetts plumbing company operating on Nantucket looking to add another actual plumber to the team. You know, the kind who shows up, knows what a pipe wrench is for, and doesn’t disappear when things get interesting. If you can't handle a little responsibility and require a babysitter, then this isn't the place for you.

If you’re tired of:

Working for a "Plumbers-Crack" plumber (you know who they are)
Being promised raises “next year”
Driving a truck that smells like regret
Fixing the boss’s mistakes at 6:30am

️ THE JOB (Yes, It’s Plumbing)

You’ll be doing real plumbing work:

Residential rough/renovation projects
Service, repairs, installs, and the occasional “how is this even possible?” situation
Talking to customers like a normal human being
Diagnosing problems without immediately blaming “the last guy” (even when it was the last guy)

No sales gimmicks. No upsell pressure. Just good plumbing done right.

️ WHO WE ARE (No Corporate Buzzwords, We Promise)

We’re a veteran-owned company that actually runs like a professional operation — not a soap opera. At Colin Williams Plumbing and Heating, you’ll find a drama-free, supportive crew where everyone pulls their weight, respects each other’s time, and does the job right the first time.

Work is steady year-round, schedules are consistent, and you’re trusted to do your job without someone breathing down your neck. If you know your trade, we don’t babysit — we back you up.

We believe skilled tradespeople deserve clear expectations, honest leadership, and a company that values your time as much as your talent. Show up, do solid work, act like a professional — and you’ll be treated like one.
