Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal operation
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
Install, troubleshoot, and service HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems to maintain indoor climate control
Conduct appliance repairs and service technician tasks related to refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and other appliances
Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records for all equipment serviced or replaced
Collaborate with team members to lead small projects or assist in larger construction or renovation efforts when required
Qualifications
Proven experience in appliance repair mechanical systems maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge
Skilled in reading schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex equipment issues
Experience with refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and HVAC system repair is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike
Knowledge of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), construction experience preferred but not mandatory
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams during maintenance projects
Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
