HVAC Technician requirements:
- 4-5 Years of Residential or Light Commercial HVAC Service required
- valid drivers license and clean MVR required
- EPA Certification required
- Diagnostic/Troubleshooting Experience required
- Able to Replace Coil or Compressors Independently required
- Experience with Mitsubishi, Daikin, Trane or Goodman Equipment preferred

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, with occasional light commercial work
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, replacing coils, compressors, and other HVAC components.
- Additional duties include repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems, completing system startups, and performing service repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and other HVAC equipment
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
- Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
