Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $135K–$145K + Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering commercial projects throughout the Greater Boston metro area.
We are looking for a true all-rounder with strong experience managing HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a well-rounded background across both piping and sheet metal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple HVAC/mechanical projects across the Greater Boston area
· Oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
· Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, engineers, and suppliers
· Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project schedules
· Manage procurement, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
· Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed
· Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within commercial construction
· Strong mechanical background with exposure to both piping and sheet metal
· Experience delivering projects in the Greater Boston market preferred
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation methods, and project controls
