Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety protocols; address issues proactively.
- Manage project schedules by coordinating construction timelines with project teams to meet critical milestones.
- Lead project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and update stakeholders on project status.
Skills
