Electrical Foreman | Long-Term Project | Weekly Pay | Journeyman
X3 is hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman for a project at a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Taylor, TX. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can supervise crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and installers on site
- Route and install low-voltage CAT5 cable in overhead cable tray/rack systems
- Terminate CAT5 cable to wireless devices installed in overhead racks
- Coordinate daily work activities and maintain production schedules
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards
- Perform quality control inspections and assist with troubleshooting as needed
What You Need:
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (TDLR) - Required
- Previous experience leading crews as a Foreman or Supervisor
- Experience routing and terminating CAT5 cable
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
