Skillforce is hiring experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics for commercial projects in the Annapolis, Annapolis Junction and Baltimore areas. This is full-time, long term work, with overtime potential.
Location: Annapolis, Annapolis Junction and Baltimore, MD
Pay: Up to $34/hr (based on experience)
Install HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components
Read and interpret blueprints and job specs
Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal using hand and power tools
Ensure systems are aligned, sealed, and meet quality standards
Follow all job site safety protocols
5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience
Proficient in HVAC duct fabrication and installation
Able to read blueprints and follow detailed plans
Own hand tools and PPE
Reliable transportation
Must pass pre-employment screenings
