Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and equipment. Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Repair and install appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate company vehicles for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while following all safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; prepare reports on equipment status.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems; lead small repair projects when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations; promote a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Knowledge of HVAC system repair including air conditioning units and HVAC & appliance technology.
- Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) practices.
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing construction experience, equipment repair, and general mechanical systems maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; familiarity with construction sites is a plus.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
