Our team at Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is hiring a full-time Licensed HVAC Service Tech to complete excellent repair services throughout Hartford and Tolland Counties.

Quick Overview:

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00/hour (based on experience), along with a sign-on bonus and spiff pay!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with some overtime as needed. There is an on-call rotation, after which you'll work half-days!

What We Need From Our Licensed HVAC Service Tech:

Current Connecticut HVAC license (B, D, or S)
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Genuine desire to help others
PREFERRED - drive to keep learning and growing within the trade
PREFERRED - clear, effective, and professional communication skills

What You'll Tackle as our Licensed HVAC Service Tech:

You'll be traveling throughout your service area in a company-provided vehicle to meet with clients, assess their heating and air conditioning systems, and complete top-notch repairs and maintenance services. With a positive and professional attitude, you'll communicate service options to clients, answer questions, and build lasting professional relationships. You'll demonstrate your exceptional diagnostic skills, problem-solving abilities, and mechanical aptitude as you do whatever it takes to get the systems back in peak operating order.
