Responsibilities:

· Manage and plan all aspects of the project from preconstruction through closeout.

· Assist in preconstruction, estimating, bid review and buyout.

· Comprehensive scope comparison to analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals.

· Thoroughly review and understand project documents, project scope and special requirements for each project.

· Create and maintain project schedules.

· Lead and motivate project teams.

· Track and maintain project budget.

· Manage and present project change orders.

· Manage submittal process, RFIs and document control.

· Assist in building relationships with new trade partners.

· Network and foster relationships with potential clients.

Project Manager Qualifications:

· 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a General Contractor, ideally in tenant improvements, restaurant, office, retail renovations.

· Typical project sizes range from $500K - $7M.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Procore.

· Outbuild (preconstruction and scheduling software) experience preferred.

Compensation:

· $110,000-$130,000 salary DOE

· 401(k) 4% Company Match
