As a Lead Service Technician, you will oversee technical operations, mentor team members, and ensure customer satisfaction through top-tier service delivery. Your expertise will directly impact our reputation for quality and reliability. Pay starts at $25.00 per hour and is based on experience. Also after one year you get a week paid vacation and after 2 years you get a second week.

Responsibilities

Ensuring timely and efficient repair or installation of appliances and equipment.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics, ladder diagrams, and technical manuals.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs, assembly, and maintenance tasks with precision.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and develop effective solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including work performed & parts used.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, equipment troubleshooting, or field service roles.
Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; delivery driver experience is a plus.
