Graywolf is seeking an NCCO Crane Operator at our Eli Lily Lebanon, IN job site.

Essential Duties:

Manipulate or depress crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions.
Repaircraneas needed.
Inspectcranefor safety issueson a daily basis.
Determineif any parts are malfunctioning.
Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork.
Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities.
Drive trucks to worksites and unload trucks.
Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads.
Move levers and pedals to rotatecraneon chassis to raise and lower crane boom and to raise and lower load-line.
Bolt boom sections together to extend ormodifyboom for pile driving or high lifting.
Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
Operate crane according to signals from helper.

Qualifications:

NCCCO certification based on equipment being operated
At least 3years experienceas a Crane/Equipment operator.
Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.

Physical/Site Requirements:

Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.
Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent withage.
Work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outsideconditions.
Climb andmaintainbalance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, andscaffolds.
