We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead custom, luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure every project is executed to the highest standards of quality, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Manage all phases of luxury residential projects from planning, budgeting, and scheduling to final handover.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, interior designers, and engineers, providing regular progress updates and maintaining transparency.
Subcontractor & Crew Management: Select, schedule, and supervise specialized subcontractors and trade crews, ensuring work meets strict quality, safety, and architectural standards.
Budget & Cost Control: Track project expenses, manage change orders, and ensure projects remain within budget.
Blueprint & Design Review: Read, interpret, and enforce adherence to complex architectural drawings, structural plans, and interior design specifications.
Quality Assurance & Code Compliance: Perform regular site inspections to enforce elite craftsmanship, job site safety, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Inspections: Coordinate with local building authorities to schedule required inspections.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify project risks, material delays, or structural challenges and implement efficient solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience specifically in high-end / luxury custom residential construction.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-end finishes, custom millwork, complex structural systems, site work, and modern building automation/MEP systems.
Blueprint Mastery: Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural blueprints, MEP schematics, and structural drawings.
Software Skills: Proficiency with construction management software ProCore and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership & Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, LEED AP, OSHA 30-Hour is a plus.
