Join our team as a Commercial HVAC Technician and take advantage of a rewarding opportunity in the field. A minimum of 10 years of experience is essential for this role, and possession of an NH Service Mechanical License is mandatory.
Duties:
- Efficiently manage multiple job sites and crews
- Ability to serve as a lead in the field and teach more junior level technicians
- Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC systems, such as inspecting components, cleaning coils, and replacing filters
- Identify and resolve issues with HVAC systems through troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Install new HVAC systems following specified guidelines and industry standards
- Test HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
- Adhere to safety procedures and uphold a clean work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid State of NH Mechanical Service license
- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or Service Technician
- Profound mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system operations
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment types
- Familiarity with hydronic and Forced Hot Air systems
- Experience with VRV, VRF, Heat Pump Systems (must have)
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical manuals effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- NH Gas Service License and EPA certification is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour
