About The Company
Stonelink Plumbing & Heating was created in 2022 and runs with a crew of 7. We are MA and RI licensed. We do residential service calls, boiler and water heater installations and residential renovation like bath addition, rough in plumbing for new construction. We have built our reputation to be fair priced and get the job done right the first time. We do not ask our plumbers to be sales persons but to plumb only.
The company is a division of a property management company and therefore providing steady work year round . We operate in RI and SE Massachusetts.
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber in RI and/or MA to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing tasks, from new installations to repairs and maintenance, and you must have the ability to diagnose and solve general plumbing problems including basic heating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, such as checking and cleaning pipes, fittings and fixtures
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and make necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose heating systems such as thermacouple, aquastat
- Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs and provide solutions. Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- Journeyman Plumber license in RI and/or MA
- Valid driver license
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work with a wide range of tools, including hand tools, power tools and machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
