Our client, a leader in facility management and building services, is seeking a senior HVAC technician to join their team. You will be part of the maintenance and engineering department supporting campus operations across multiple buildings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. On call every 6 weeks.

Location:Wilmington, MA
Pay Range:$37-39/hr.
What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on building systems, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
- Monitor and respond to alarms within Building Automation Systems such as Siemens, Schneider, and Metasys.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring safety and minimal downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to support operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Universal EPA 608 Certification.
- At least 4 years of technical experience in building engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance with local codes and regulations.
