What You'll Earn
- Base pay: $30–$42/hour, based on experience — plus SPIFFs and performance bonuses that put your real earning potential at $35-50+/hr. for our top performers!
- Sign-on bonus of up to $3,500 for qualified candidates

What You Get

We are currently looking to fill two shifts:
M-F Shift: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 8 PM (on-call 6-8 PM) **NO WEEKENDS**
Tues-Sat Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM — no overnight or late-night emergency calls.
Like any HVAC company, our busiest seasons mean overtime opportunities. Our technicians are also compensated at their overtime rate for all on-call hours and any Saturday hours worked. More importantly- all hours worked on Sunday earns you double time!

Most companies talk about training. We built a live-fire training facility so you can learn on real equipment, not just in a classroom. We also fund your NATE certification within your first year — because a better-trained tech is a more valuable (and better-paid) tech.

What You'll Do
You'll be the face of Bovio Rubino Service for homeowners across South Jersey — diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, performing tune-ups and full system evaluations, and presenting clear, honest options to customers. You'll read wiring diagrams and blueprints, apply sheet metal and air balancing know-how, and keep accurate records — all while representing a company that actually stands behind its work.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems — gas furnaces, heat pumps, central air
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- A genuine commitment to doing right by the customer
Nice to have:
- EPA Universal Certification
- NATE certification (or willingness to pursue — we'll fund it!)
- Experience with Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or similar major brands
