Responsibilities Include:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems.
Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures.
Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations.
Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment.
Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked.
Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule.
