Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC/R systems, mechanical knowledge, and a strong background in service technician roles.
Duties:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems
- Conduct field service calls for troubleshooting and repairs
- Weld and boil as needed for system repairs
- Maintain property HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to weld and boil for repairs
- Strong understanding of property maintenance practices
Must Have a Connecticut D2 License or Better

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
