Lead Carpenter – High-End Residential Remodeling

T&A Remodeling and Renovations | Cranberry Township, PA

Lead Production. Set the Standard. Build at the Highest Level.

T&A Remodeling and Renovations is a fast-growing, high-performance residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and structural additions across the North Pittsburgh region.

We are not hiring a helper.
We are not hiring an average lead.

We are hiring a Carpenter — someone who can own the field, elevate production standards, and lead crews with authority and professionalism.

This role is for a high-level craftsman who wants to earn at a high level and be treated like a professional.

Compensation

$65,000 – $85,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)
Performance Bonuses tied to production and job completion
Earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually
Year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)

Top performers will be rewarded.

What This Role Really Is

You will:

Lead full residential remodels from demo through final punch
Set the production pace and enforce quality standards
Manage and train 2–4 carpenters
Coordinate with Project Management and subcontractors
Identify problems early and solve them without drama
Protect job timelines and production margins
Maintain elite-level jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
Represent T&A as a leader — not just a worker

This is not a clock-in, clock-out position.

This is a leadership position in the field.

What We Expect

7+ years residential remodeling experience
Strong experience in bathrooms and kitchens (tile layout, cabinet install, trim, framing corrections)
Ability to read plans and verify layouts independently
Comfort running jobs without being babysat
Production mindset — understands timeline and labor control
Leadership maturity (you don’t need to yell to lead)
Pride in high-end finishes and clean execution
Strong communication skills with homeowners

Who This Is For

This is for the carpenter who:

Is tired of working for companies that tolerate mediocrity
Knows he produces at a higher level than most
Wants to earn more based on performance
Wants stability, structure, and leadership opportunity
Wants to help shape a growing company

Growth Path

This role has potential to grow into:

Senior Field Production Leader
Field Operations Authority
Project Management Leadership

We reward people who elevate the entire team.
