ABC Comfort Solutions is a locally owned HVAC company proudly serving Middletown, DE and surrounding communities. We are looking for experienced HVAC installers who take pride in quality workmanship, teamwork and delivering exceptional service to every customer.
WHAT OUR TEAM WILL EXPECT:
- As a HVAC installer, you will install high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including complete system replacements, equipment change-outs and new construction installations. Responsibilities include:
Install complete HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial buildings.
Perform residential system replacements and equipment change-outs.
Install HVAC systems in new construction homes.
Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-split systems, boilers and oil-fired equipment.
Install ductwork, venting, gas piping, refrigerant line sets, condensate drains and low-voltage wiring.
Safely recover refrigerant and properly evacuate and charge HVAC systems.
Start up, test and commission newly installed systems to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction.
Follow manufacturer specifications, local building codes and company quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site.
Assist with service calls when business needs require it.
Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
Represent ABC Comfort Solutions professionally at every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience with system replacements (change-outs) and new construction installations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Professional Appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple jobs and meet project timelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Prefer: EPA Universal Certification
- Prefer: Experience in all aspects of HVAC systems
