Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will support the safety, efficiency, and longevity of our equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairs. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances.
- Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various appliances and mechanical systems in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and reporting.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems to improve operational performance.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems related to HVAC/R systems, kitchen equipment, or refrigeration units.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients or internal stakeholders regarding repair status or system issues.
- Support ongoing training on HVAC & appliance technology advancements to enhance technical skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on mechanical systems repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliance repair, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Familiarity with HVAC & appliance technology standards and best practices.
- Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures across diverse mechanical systems.
- Construction experience or background is advantageous for understanding building infrastructure.
- Mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning systems (HVAC & A/C) is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward equipment maintenance.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
