Job Duties:
- Supervise and support a team of commercial service plumbers, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient work.
- Coordinate daily schedules, dispatches, and technician assignments based on customer priorities and workload.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to inspect workmanship, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and assist technicians with difficult service calls when needed.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Monitor technician productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction while providing coaching and mentorship.
- Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and performance evaluations to develop technician skills and career growth.
- Review completed work orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Maintain communication with customers, project managers, property managers, and general contractors regarding service updates and project status.
- Coordinate with the dispatch, estimating, and operations teams to maximize efficiency and customer service.
Requirements:
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (as required by state/local regulations).
- 7+ years of commercial plumbing service experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and plumbing schematics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
