MJ Mechanical is looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing projects throughout the Austin metro area. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can lead a crew, keep a project moving, and take pride in quality work.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on small to large commercial projects
- Plan daily work and coordinate manpower, materials, and jobsite activities
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Operations, shop, and office teams
- Track job progress and communicate any issues or delays
- Read and understand plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Train and develop crew members
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid, unexpired Texas Journeyman Plumber License required
- 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience
- Ability to read plans and understand commercial plumbing systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
