Hercules Foundation Repair is launching a full-service plumbing division, and we're looking for an experienced Texas Licensed Master Plumber to build it from the ground up.
You'll begin as the lead plumber while helping create the systems, pricing, hiring process, customer experience, and culture that will shape the future of the department. As the division grows, you'll transition from working in the business to leading the business.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a working leadership role. You'll perform plumbing work while helping build and grow the department.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide honest recommendations
- Build pricing, estimating, and job costing systems
- Develop operating procedures and quality standards
- Create scheduling, dispatch, and workflow processes
- Work directly with ownership on growth strategy
- Hire, train, and mentor future plumbing technicians
- Maintain Texas plumbing code compliance
- Oversee permits and inspections
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Help establish Hercules as one of the most trusted plumbing companies in Texas
Knowledge & Experience RequiredThese qualifications are required for consideration:
✔ Active Texas Master Plumber License (Required – Pass/Fail)
✔ 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, including independently running service calls and jobs
✔ Experience estimating and pricing work, including creating scopes of work or understanding job costing and profitability
✔ Leadership experience, whether as a senior technician, crew leader, or independent operator capable of making decisions without constant supervision
✔ Knowledge of Texas plumbing codes, permitting requirements, and inspection processes
✔ AI Proficiency – Comfortable using AI tools for:
- Research
- Documentation
- Scheduling
- Customer communication
- Workflow improvement
- Daily productivity
