Pay: $28.00-$35.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Welder/Fabrication Welder to join a growing fabrication team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality pipe welding and fabrication work, reading blueprints, assisting with project layout, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform all pipe welding and fabrication shop welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Assist with the layout and preparation of fabrication projects.
- Operate welding equipment and pipe positioners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of pipe welding experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience using a weld pipe positioner.
- Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation is a plus.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
- Ability to work with precision while maintaining productivity.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pipe welding test (GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW).
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Trade school or vocational training is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Vision correctable to 20/50.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must successfully complete an on-site weld test during the hiring process.
Interview Process
- Initial Teams interview may be available.
- Final interview is conducted in person and includes a required weld test.
