Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, onsite coordination, onsite meetings, and quality standards
Develop detailed project schedules and coordinating construction schedule activities across teams
Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues proactively
Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained
Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project status
Manage change orders, and procurement processes while ensuring contractual obligations are met

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects
Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, project coordination
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, contract administration, and construction plans review
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects
Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety regulations and construction regulations applicable to large-scale projects
Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies
