Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician looking for a company that values your expertise? We’re seeking a Service Technician III to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service commercial HVAC systems across a variety of facilities including office buildings, schools, hospitals, industrial sites, and retail properties.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV systems, pumps, and hydronic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, startups, commissioning, and equipment retrofits.
- Replace compressors, motors, coils, valves, controls, and other major HVAC components.
- Recover, evacuate, and recharge refrigerant in accordance with EPA guidelines.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment including gauges, multimeters, combustion analyzers, and recovery machines.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs and recommended solutions.
- Complete detailed service reports and work orders.
- Mentor junior HVAC technicians and promote safe work practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Experience servicing RTUs, chillers, boilers, air handlers, package units, and commercial HVAC systems.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
- NATE Certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and safely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on rooftops and in mechanical rooms.
