We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction methods and project management principles, and the ability to manage teams and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to final closeout.
Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and project scope to ensure successful delivery.
Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Manage subcontractor performance and negotiate contracts as necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and logs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record of managing projects in [insert relevant type: commercial, residential, industrial, etc.].
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Zoho, Buildertrend, excel or similar).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
PMP certification is a plus.

Pay: $56,014.34 - $75,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:
