We are seeking highly skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and operational downtime is minimized. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine repair, electrical systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose and repair machinery equipment, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and other mechanical equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for record-keeping and compliance.
- Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues involving electrical wiring, schematics, or mechanical components.
- Support construction or renovation projects by providing technical expertise in mechanical systems installation or repair.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding maintenance needs or repairs.
Skills
- Extensive experience in electrical and/or industrial maintenance , refrigeration, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Proven experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical systems.
- Skilled in installation as well as ongoing equipment maintenance to ensure longevity and performance.
- Knowledge of mechanical technology trends to recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Ability to operate construction tools safely and effectively during installation or repair projects.
- Leadership qualities that enable effective team collaboration while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining detailed records of work performed.
