The Position

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a high-performing installation team.

You will install residential HVAC systems safely, correctly, cleanly, and within the allotted installation time.

A successful installation is more than equipment that runs. It means the system is installed to company and manufacturer standards, the home is protected, the customer understands their system, documentation is complete, and the customer feels confident in their decision.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Install residential HVAC systems including heating, cooling, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ equipment
Follow company procedures and manufacturer specifications
Complete installations safely and within budgeted time
Protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean work area
Perform startup, testing, commissioning, and quality checks
Identify and prevent issues that could lead to callbacks
Communicate job updates, issues, and material needs to the team
Work effectively with your installation partner and other departments
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment
Complete job documentation, photos, and closeout requirements
Walk customers through their system and answer questions professionally
Deliver a 5-star customer experience
Take full ownership of the job from arrival to final cleanup

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
Ability to install full systems including furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer instructions
Understanding of refrigeration, airflow, electrical, drainage, venting, and startup procedures
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to perform physical HVAC work
Willingness to follow company processes and improve
Ability to work effectively in a two-person team
