Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance issues within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, machinery repair, electrical installation, and electrical controls ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, safety, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot tube fabrication equipment, electrical systems and controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying areas for improvement or repair.
- Oversee Lockout / Tagout Program, Confined Spaces Program, OSHA regulations, Safety Manual and Safety Procedures
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance with schematics.
- Plan and execute maintenance projects, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment
- Strong electrical and electrical controls knowledge
- Knowledge of metal manufacturing equipment preferred
- Knowledge of annealing furnaces, generators, cooling towers preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Hydraulics: 3 years (Preferred)
- Equipment repair: 3 years (Preferred)
- HVAC/R: 1 year (Preferred)

- Pneumatics: 3 years (Preferred)
- Industrial maintenance: 5 years (Required)
- Electrical troubleshooting: 3 years (Required)
- Electrical wiring: 3 years (Required)
- Industrial controls: 3 years (Required)
