We are seeking an experienced Residential Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Our Pay Range is $30 to $50 an hour plus uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems accurately
Promote and recommend additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction
Perform prompt and efficient emergency repairs to maintain system functionality
Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships and continually understand and meet their needs and expectations
Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry advancements

Qualifications:

At least five (5) years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician
Advanced knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (HVAC) principles
Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field
Must have a valid driver's license
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service
Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks
