We're Pioneer Valley Environmental, based in Ware, MA, and we're on the hunt for a Licensed Plumber who's equal parts skilled, personable, and just the right amount of plumbing nerd.

What We're Looking For

A valid plumbing license and 2+ years of solid experience
Confidence to handle anything from drips to full repipes
A communicator who plays nice with dispatch and customers
Someone who shows up, gets it done, and has fun doing it

What You Get

Competitive pay – your talent deserves it. This role typically earns $70,000–$120,000+/year, depending on experience, licenses, and performance. Compensation includes an hourly base rate plus performance pay.
