Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Lifting and Repair Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing specialized concrete lifting, repair, and restoration projects that enhance the safety, durability, and appearance of various structures. Your expertise will help clients restore their properties efficiently and effectively, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and technical specifications. Responsibilities

Perform concrete lifting, leveling, and repair using specialized equipment such as concrete pumps, mixers, and power tools to restore uneven or damaged surfaces.
Read and interpret plans, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely to cut, pour, finish, and cure concrete in various environments including residential, commercial, and restoration projects.
Conduct concrete cutting, sealing, caulking and Lifting.
Collaborate with team members.
Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition while following safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience working on construction projects involving concrete repair, restoration, or hardscape installation preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely.
Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including OSHA standards or equivalent safety protocols.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on precision tasks such as rebar installation or formwork construction.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt plans based on schematics or unforeseen site conditions.
Physical stamina for long hours on-site working in various weather conditions; ability to interpret technical schematics accurately is essential.
