How You’ll Make an Impact

Own the process — from creating competitive, accurate estimates to managing budgets and schedules
Lead multiple projects at once, ensuring they stay on track and on budget
Build strong client relationships through communication, trust, and results
Strategize for efficiency — finding ways to boost productivity and reduce costs
Manage resources and schedules so the right crews and materials are in place at the right time
Conduct site visits for precise estimating, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
Track financial performance against goals and make proactive adjustments
Resolve challenges quickly to keep projects moving forward

What You Bring to the Table

3+ years in commercial construction project management (painting experience a plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong estimating skills and comfort with construction/estimating software
Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, Word, and comfort with technology
Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal
Strong sales and client relationship skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and make smart decisions on the fly
Organized and detail-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines
Basic knowledge of construction and/or paint materials (preferred)
Bilingual skills a plus

Education

High School Diploma required
College Degree preferred
