Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex HVAC and Electrical projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and team leadership will drive project success while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and controlling expenditures through effective cost management strategies.
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate procurement activities including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and material orders utilizing Construction management software like ProCore or Prolog.
- Supervise construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed, regulatory compliance is maintained, and quality standards are met.
- Lead project teams by managing personnel, assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in civil or commercial infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques, cost management practices, and contract administration.
- Hands-on construction site experience with an understanding of construction regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; experience with Civil 3D is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within a fast-paced environment; excellent time management abilities are essential.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies including managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish.

Pay: $79,772.09 - $105,000.00 per year
