Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Fit and weld process piping for cooling loops and plant systems — carbon, stainless, and specialty piping in an expanding industrial campus.
What you'll do:
- Fabricate, fit, and weld process piping to spec
- Support cooling loop expansion tie-ins and repairs
- Perform pressure tests and documentation
- Maintain welding equipment and certifications
- Work from isometrics and P&IDs
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years pipefitting/welding in industrial settings
- Certifications or ability to pass weld tests (procedures provided)
- Experience with hydronic or process piping systems
- Heavy-industrial piping background valued
Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
