- Schedule: Full-time (4x10s with alternating 4-day weekends), Day shift, On-call rotation every 4 to 8 weeks

How You Will Make an Impact

Perform expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Service specialized equipment including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air rotation units, and water source heat pumps.
- Diagnose system issues efficiently to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high quality standards.
- Mentor entry-level technicians and apprentices through our in-house trade development programs.
- Collaborate with field leadership to maintain daily operational efficiency and project safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on HVAC service or maintenance experience.
- Solid technical understanding of residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (locally within project boundaries).
- Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification in HVAC 1&2, EPA, or Refrigeration.
- Universal EPA Refrigerant certification and Gas Fitters license.
- Previous exposure to industrial refrigeration systems, hot water boilers, or air-cooled chillers.
