Experienced Concrete Lifting Technician – Hourly + Unlimited Production Bonus

Duranova Concrete Lifting • Full-time • Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States • $38 - $55 / hour • 1m ago

Hourly Pay + Unlimited Production Bonus + Benefits

Duranova Concrete Lifting is looking for an experienced polyjacking technician who knows how to produce.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with hands-on polyurethane concrete lifting experience who can step into the field, hit the ground running, and make an immediate impact.

If you're skilled, efficient, take pride in your work, and want to be rewarded for what you produce, we want to talk to you.

The Opportunity

You'll earn a competitive hourly base rate plus a production-based bonus with no earnings cap. Note - the hourly rate range posted is inclusive of the projected monthly production bonus.

The more you produce, the more you earn.

We want someone who can safely and efficiently evaluate slabs, drill and inject polyurethane foam, control lifts, troubleshoot difficult jobs, and deliver a finished product they're proud to put their name on.

Top performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly more than their hourly base pay.

What You'll Do

Perform residential and commercial polyurethane concrete lifting
Assess slabs and determine injection strategy
Drill, inject, lift, and level concrete safely and efficiently
Control lifts to achieve the best possible finished result
Troubleshoot challenging lifts and field conditions
Patch injection holes and leave jobsites clean and professional
Operate and maintain polyjacking equipment
Communicate professionally with customers
Work with the team to complete jobs efficiently and hit production goals

Who We're Looking For

Polyurethane concrete lifting/polyjacking experience is strongly preferred.

We're especially interested in technicians who:

Can confidently perform concrete lifting without extensive training
Understand foam placement, injection patterns, lift sequencing, and slab behavior
Know how to maximize production without sacrificing quality
Are mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting equipment
Take ownership of their work
Show up on time and ready to work
Work hard without needing someone looking over their shoulder
Want their compensation tied to their performance

We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to put in hours. We're looking for someone who wants to produce, improve, and earn.

Compensation & Benefits

Your compensation package includes:

Hourly base pay
Unlimited production-based bonus paid monthly
Monthly healthcare stipend
Paid time off
8 paid holidays
Work boot stipend
Opportunity for increased responsibility and earnings as you prove yourself

There is no artificial ceiling on the production bonus. If you're highly productive, we want you to share in the value you create.
