Dallas Cabinets and Millwork • Full-time • Carrollton, Texas, United States • $15 - $20 / hour • 1m ago

Tired of Jobs That Don't Teach You Anything?

If you're 18–24, mechanically minded, reliable, and like working with your hands, we want to hear from you.

You do NOT need to know how to use tools. You don't need cabinet experience. You don't need construction experience.

We'll teach you.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build skills that can turn into a long-term career, not just another job.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work alongside experienced cabinet and millwork professionals while learning how to:

Build and assemble cabinets and custom millwork
Use hand tools and power tools
Measure, cut, and fit materials
Read basic plans and measurements
Operate woodworking and shop equipment
Install and finish cabinetry and millwork
Follow safety and quality standards
Work as part of a team to complete projects

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

You like figuring out how things work
You enjoy working with your hands
You're mechanically inclined
You're the person who takes something apart just to see how it works
You enjoy building, fixing, or creating things
You learn by doing
You're dependable and show up when you're supposed to
You're willing to listen, learn, and work hard

You don't have to know the trade. We can teach the trade.

What Matters Most to Us

Reliability. Attitude. Willingness to learn.

We can teach you how to use a table saw.
We can teach you how to read a measurement.
We can teach you how to build a cabinet.

What we can't teach is someone to care about showing up, learning, and doing the job right.

No Experience? That's Fine.

This position is specifically designed for someone starting out.

Whether you're a recent high school graduate, looking for your first real career, or simply want to get out of the typical retail/restaurant job cycle, this could be a great place to start.

You'll get hands-on training while developing a skill you can use for years to come.

Must be 18 or older
Reliable transportation
Dependable and punctual
Mechanically inclined
Able to work in a hands-on environment
Able to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the workday
