Residential HVAC Service Technician — Stamford, CT (Fairfield County) | Full-Time | In Person

We're hiring skilled, dependable HVAC Service Technicians for residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installation. What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems: central AC, heat pumps, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems
Perform routine maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system performance evaluations
Identify inefficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions
Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and safety controls
Complete accurate service documentation using company-provided technology
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly explain findings to homeowners

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
CT HVAC S1, S2, or D2 license preferred
EPA Universal certification preferred
High school diploma and technical school education
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Authorized to work in the United States
