4th-Year Electrical Apprentice / Electrician

Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience

LG Electrical is a Veteran-Owned Small Business looking for a motivated and experienced 4th-Year Electrical Apprentice / Electrician to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is beyond the entry-level apprentice stage and can confidently work in the field, troubleshoot electrical issues, complete installations, and work efficiently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial electrical installations and service work
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems
Install and repair panels, breakers, circuits, lighting, receptacles, switches, and other electrical equipment
Bend and install EMT and other raceway systems
Read electrical drawings, plans, and one-line diagrams
Perform electrical rough-in, trim-out, and service work
Follow NEC requirements and local electrical codes
Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
Accurately document work performed and materials used
Follow all company safety procedures
Work independently when appropriate while taking direction from Journeyman and Master Electricians

Qualifications

4th-Year Electrical Apprentice preferred
Strong residential and/or commercial electrical experience
Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
Experience bending and installing EMT
Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment and power tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attendance and reliability
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

$30.00–$35.00 per hour

Starting pay will be determined based on electrical experience, apprenticeship progress, troubleshooting ability, code knowledge, and overall field competency.
