# Licensed Oil, Propane & Plumbing Service Technician

Squam Lakes Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced and dependable **Licensed Oil, Propane & Plumbing Service Technician** to join our growing team. We are a local, family-owned company that has proudly served New Hampshire’s Lakes Region since 2007.
This is a full-time position offering a minimum of 40 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers, and can confidently diagnose, service, and repair plumbing systems and oil- and propane-fired equipment.

## Responsibilities
* Diagnose, service, and repair oil- and propane-fired heating equipment
* Diagnose and complete residential plumbing service and repair work
* Perform routine maintenance and annual heating-system cleanings
* Troubleshoot plumbing and heating systems and related components
* Complete all work safely and in accordance with applicable codes
* Clearly explain findings and recommended repairs to customers
* Accurately document completed work and materials used
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company-supplied service vehicle
* Participate in additional training when needed
## Qualifications
* Current New Hampshire plumbing, oil, and propane licenses applicable to the work performed
* Previous plumbing and heating service experience
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
* Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
* Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
* Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
* Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills
* Ability to work well as part of a growing team
