POSITION SUMMARY
JAE’S Electric is seeking an experienced Journeyman or Master Electrician to oversee and coordinate electrical work on assigned projects. This role leads field teams from planning through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards. The Lead Electrician provides technical direction, coordinates with clients and other trades, and supports the development of electricians through hands-on leadership and mentorship.

OBJECTIVES
· Oversee electrical activities on assigned projects and keep field work aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
· Plan and delegate work based on project requirements and the skill level of each team member.
· Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations and upgrades.
· Provide technical direction, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure electrical work complies with applicable codes and regulations.
· Coordinate electrical work with project managers, customers, contractors, and other trades.
· Coordinate materials and equipment to support timely and cost-effective project execution.
· Perform inspections and quality checks and address deficiencies before they affect project completion.
· Train and mentor electricians to strengthen technical skills, workmanship, and independence.
· Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, material usage, and expenses.
· Stay current on electrical codes, industry practices, and technology that can improve project execution.

EXPERIENCE
· Electrical: 5 years (Required)
· Leadership/field supervision: Preferred
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
· Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Required)
Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
